Join us for a talk exploring neighbourhood change across Toronto as bargain-shop retailers exit areas. Specifically, how do these changes affect neighbourhood inclusivity and what are strategies to avoid displacement as neighbourhoods change? How do we build equity into the planning process and what are the best practices around maintaining commercial affordability through the planning and development process?
