Provincial Election 2018 – University Rosedale

April 16, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

The upcoming provincial election is already proving to be interesting. From carbon taxes, the sale of Hydro One, to the fight over minimum wage, this election will be a referendum on Premier Wynne’s policy positions.

Since “Why Should I Care?” meets in the riding of University- Rosedale, we thought it would be fitting to invite the local candidates from the four major parties to share with us their vision of the province and they policies they want to push forward should they be representing this riding. This will be the first provincial election for this brand new riding and nobody holds an incumbency advantage.

We will be joined by Tim Grant (Green), Jessica Bell (NDP), and both candidates running for the Liberal nomination have confirmed pending the outcome.

Doors open 7:00pm. Discussion starts promptly at 7:30pm.

Please RSVP to let us know you can join us.
