As cities grow and demands on our time increase, invariably, we opt for convenience when available. On May 16, retired engineer Nobuyoshi (Nobby) Miura, and Dr. Kelly Moghul will be joining us to answer any questions we might have on nuclear safety. Over the span of his career Mr. Miura has worked on power generation research, design, and nuclear safety. Dr. Moghul is still an active consultant in the nuclear energy industry. Together, they will be discussing issues pertaining to health risk, and comparing Canada’s situation to Japan’s current crisis.
